CEO of Dorset children’s hospice Julia’s House since 2005, Martin Edwards graduated in Law from Oxford and went on to become Head of Fundraising for two national charities. Martin has built Julia’s House from a turnover of £500,000 to £8million. The charity has won accolades including an Outstanding CQC rating, Best Employer at the Third Sector Awards, and the no. 1 ranking in the Sunday Times Top 100 Non-Profit Places To Work. Recently Martin secured the support of Guy Ritchie who, with Robert Downey Jr., raised £2million to build a second Julia’s House children’s hospice, in Wiltshire.
