As Head of Innovation at the British Heart Foundation, Krystyna is responsible for implementing and delivering the concept of transformational innovation to significantly grow income for the charity. Over the past 18 months, Krystyna & team have delivered multiple innovation projects applying the principles of audience-led innovation, agile delivery, user testing and prototyping including the world-first of launching a furniture collection service on Alexa. Prior to her role as Head of Innovation, Krystyna worked in Fundraising events at the BHF helping the charity grow their events portfolio and securing COTY partnerships. Krystyna started her career in commercial business intelligence in the automotive & tech sectors. Krystyna believes everyone has the power to innovate, and is a passionate advocate of testing, experimenting and taking risks.
