Armen Lloyd

Having worked for large advertising agencies he now runs his own recruitment advertising business launched 13 years ago. Armen is
currently helping a range of thirdsector and commercial organisations source talent economically. His unrivalled expertise in reducing costs and improving ROI means that the majority of his clients have stayed with him for over 10 years.

Peter Reeve (FCIPD)

Head of HR at the Motor Neurone Disease Association & Chair of the Charity HR Network

Peter Reeve, is currently the Head of HR at the MND Association and the Chair of the Charities HR Network. With over 20 years HR experience Peter’s background is predominantly in the NHS but also with Barclaycard and NEC(UK).  He also headed up the HR function for the public outsourcing arm of the construction company Kier.

The Charities HR Network works with over 70 national charities across the UK and is working to raise the profile of the role of HR in the third sector. Peter is a member of the CIPD national policy form and a judge on the People Management awards.

Paul Nott

Principal Consultant, NFP Resourcing

Having worked in the charity sector for 16 years as a senior fundraiser, charity founder and recruiter at NFP,  Paul works with charities across the country to help them attract and retain the best staff. Paul’s passion is long-term career partnership, working with professionals to plan their futures beyond role titles and salary levels and truly valuing work/life balance, beneficiary outcomes and simple day-to-day satisfaction. Paul advises boards of small and medium charities on fundraising and staffing and mentors a handful of excellent fundraisers.
